Bulk Bag Systems
Bulk Technik has developed a number of systems to either unload or fill bulk bags which often incorporate weigh systems as well as filling or discharging equipment. Bulk bag unloading stations are an ideal back-up for filling silos with stock-piled bulk bags when road tankers fail to deliver product in 5 time.

The inlet to the storage hopper is fitted with a bulk bag discharge spout that incorporates a bag sealing mechanism and a handhole to allow the operator to open the bulk bag and thereafter allows dust free feeding of the product into the hopper.
For products that do not flow easily, a discharge device will be fitted to the hopper such as a pneumatic knocking hammer or an electrical vibrating motor. The storage hopper has a vent nozzle which can be linked to an existing dust filtration system, alternatively, a filter can be incorporated into the de-bagging hopper to ensure dust free operation.
